With our 28-day Pilates Challenge you increase your general well-being by doing short Pilates sequences (5-10 minutes) every day in the comfort of your home or while traveling.

Challenge Programm

  • print out the 28-day Pilates Challenge plan. Here is the PDF

  • take a look at the 7 different categories on the second page (Pilates Ab-Series, Side Bend, Rotation, Back Extension, Shoulder Bridge, Planks, Stretches)

  • On the 28-day plan you will find the number of exercises for each day from which you can choose from the respective category. Eg:

    • 4x one exercise from each category

    • 3x holding a plank variant for 8 seconds

It can mean for you, for example:

  • 4x '2 straight leg stretch' + 'Mermaid' + 'Swan' + Shoulder Bridge Toe Tap '+ 'Book Stretch'

  • 3x 'Planks on Hands and Knees' hold for 8 seconds each

 

  • perform the appropriate exercises every day and cross the completed day

  • select different exercises from the individual categories for each day to diversify your routine design

  • the QR code or the homepage link takes you directly to our homepage and there you can watch short video frequencies of the individual exercises from the individual categories (planks do not contain videos, as these are static exercises)
